4 batch of nurses and caregivers for Japan  is now accepting applicants. According Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) in cooperation with the Japan International Corporation of Welfare Services (JICWELS

In addition, Japanese institutions prefer candidates age bracket 20 to 35 years old, also strict about the physical, psychological fitness and advise that they observe strictly to their training/work schedule which may include Saturday and Sunday

Qualified applicants who pass the interview and are successfully matched with a Japanese institution shall undergo the three (3} months Preparatory Japanese Language Training (PJLT) Which is Sponsored bt the Government of Japan and will be conducted at the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority(TESDA),Taguig City. Upon entry to Japan another 6 months Japanese language training will be conducted.

Pre-employment orientation shall soon commence for qualified applicants who have registered online and maintained an active status through the POEA e-registration system via www.poea.gov.ph.  Knowledge of the Japanese language is an advantage. Applicants must possess the following qualifications:

NURSES
  1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing;
  2. With Board License;
  3. With at least three (3) years hospital experience; and
  4. Must be physically and psychologically fit
CAREGIVERS
  1. A graduate from any four (4) year course and certified
    as a caregiver by TESDA; or a
  2. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing; and
  3. Must be physically and psychologically fit
Qualified applicants shall personally submit the following documents to the Manpower Registry Division,
Ground Floor, POEA Building, EDSA corner Ortigas Avenue, Mandaluyong City or
register online at www.eregister.poea.gov.ph
  • A detailed resume with one piece 2×2 picture
  • College diploma (for caregiver applicant, diploma
    should be authenticated)
  • Transcript of Records
  • Valid PRC ID
  • Employment Certificates (for Nurse applicants)
  • Valid TESDA Certificate on Caregiving
  • Valid passport
  • Valid NBI Clearance (for travel abroad)
