Phil Health CARE ProjectThe Philhealth Bicol Region is officially released in their Facebook account the advisory for successful applicants for Philhealth Cares Nurses.The lucky individuals were selected by President and CEO, Dr. Eduardo P. Banzon.

Phil Health Customer Assistance, Relation and Empowerment Staff(Cares) in Bicol Region qualified applicant, which names are listed below are asked to report in April 16,2012 before 8:00 am at Philhealtth Regional Office V at Alternate Road, Legaspi City with the following additional requirements in hand.

  • Medical Certificate (Original & Certified True Copy)
  • NBI & Police Clearance (original & Photocopy)
  • Recent 2×2 picture
  • Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)
